Hi Guys!

Just wanted to let you all know that I started a blog called TheStrangeBlog, which is a community driven site that shows strange happenings of the world.

Obviously, at this point there are harldy any features on the blog, but I only had it put up today. Eventually, however, I would like to include a Top 10 section for the images or stories that I thought were great for the week.

Have a look at the link and tell me what you think - keeping in mind that this is just a random thing that I felt like doing.

My wallpaper submissions successfully uploaded and went straight into my moderation gallery, like normal. However today when I logged in, they all vanished. I didn't get an email to say that they may have been rejected.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Hi All,

I was just curious to find out how the moderators rate work that has been submitted. I have seen some skins that have almost no functionality that have been rated at most 8 out of 10.

Are there certain aspects of a skin that are looked at? Do they moderate according to functionality or style?

Just wanted to query on a CPU Usage issue that I have. On the Home Page of the Xion site it says that Xion uses little CPU usage and memory. With that, I agree in part. Memory usage is low, but CPU usage is a whoping 790 - 1Ghz at most times. This only happens when I have a song with a long title, thus causing the track to scroll.

Are you guys having the same difficulty?

Also, after about ten minutes (even when running low on CPU for a change), Xion Crashes by holding up my laptop and freezing it altogether.

I posted this query on the Xion site, but they seem to be empty - so I thought I'd come here, where help is always at hand (I don't know what I'd do without you ).

Any help would be great!

Hi all,

I recently (eventually) decided to create my first Xion skin. I finished it and am very happy with it.

My only problem is with the uploading system.
I clicked submit and it popped up and said that it was uploading, and then shortly afterwards it said it was finished. I don't really think it finished. The IE loading bar at the bottom said that the page was half loaded, the status caption said that it was done, but with errors on the page, The Transfer box gave me a two-sided message saying that it was still transferring (as well as Finished Transferring), and the cancel button was still visible.

How long does an upload take for a 500KB file? I don't even know if it's on the server for the moderators to see.

Any help would really be appreciated.

There are numerous websites that have run a poll asking if one prefers to use skins that look like Vista or not.

Since the release of Windows Vista, I just wanted to know what type of skin is common nowdays.

What do you prefer? Is it common to use a Vista look alike skin?

I know I haven't posted anything in a while, but I just wanted to query on something.
I have noticed that Wincustomize don't support Styler Toolbar. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do you think that it should be here? I think it might be a nice idea.

I have seen some really nice skins for it, you guys are good at skinning. So, I can't see where the problem is.

I know most of you are sleeping, but for those of you who aren't please could you inform me of the best program for making VS. Could you also please give me a link to one, SS is not working for me and it doesn't seem to have a feature for making VS.
